Program Description
The APS Industry Mentoring for Physicists (IMPact) program connects students and early career physicists from any country with industrial physicists worldwide for the purpose of providing career guidance.
These mentoring relationships typically last 3-4 months, but mentors and mentees are encouraged to stay connected. Mentors and mentees must be APS members to participate; undergraduates may receive one year of APS membership free.
